Description

When your day demands deep concentration, fast decisions and the drive to keep performing, MITO-FOCUS XTREME brings five strategically selected ingredients together in one focused performance formula. Alpha-GPC provides 250 mg of active Alpha-GPC to supply choline, an essential nutrient involved in acetylcholine production and normal cognitive function. L-Tyrosine provides 500 mg of an amino acid used in the production of important neurotransmitters, while 200 mg of L-Theanine complements the formula with support for a calm, focused state. Caffeine anhydrous delivers a precisely declared 100 mg to support alertness and concentration, while standardised Huperzia serrata provides 200 mcg of Huperzine A to complete the cognitive-focused blend. Built for entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners and athletes, MITO-FOCUS XTREME is designed for the moments when your workload is high, distractions are costly and staying mentally engaged matters.

Mito-Focus Xtreme works through two complementary routes. Alpha-GPC supplies choline for acetylcholine production, and Huperzine A is included for its role in acetylcholine signalling, so the two cholinergic actives work together to support normal cognitive function. L-Tyrosine supplies an amino acid the body draws on to produce neurotransmitters, while caffeine and L-Theanine are paired at a 1:2 ratio, 100 mg caffeine to 200 mg L-Theanine, to support alertness and focused attention in the same serving.

Mito-Focus Xtreme is for healthy adults aged 18 and over with demanding workloads, study schedules or training programmes. Because each standard serving contains 100 mg caffeine, it is not recommended for people sensitive to caffeine, for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for anyone under 18.

Take it with food, early in the day. The three-capsule enhanced serving raises caffeine to 150 mg, so count coffee, tea and other caffeine sources alongside it. Contains Alpha-GPC — account for total daily intake if combining. Contains L-Tyrosine — account for total daily intake if combining. Contains L-Theanine — account for total daily intake if combining.

The following describes published research on the ingredient. It is not a claim about this specific product.

Studies suggest that Alpha-GPC can support performance on demanding cognitive tasks: in a 2024 randomised crossover trial by Kerksick, 20 healthy resistance-trained men scored higher on the Stroop test after single doses of 315 mg and 630 mg Alpha-GPC than after placebo. Both study doses are higher than the 250 mg in a standard Mito-Focus Xtreme serving, and a 2018 study by Bunn and colleagues found no difference in reaction time or memory at 500 mg, so the evidence is mixed. Research indicates that 2 g L-Tyrosine improved task-switching performance in healthy young adults (Steenbergen et al., 2015); this product provides 500 mg per serving, a quarter of that dose, and results across tyrosine studies have been inconsistent.

For L-Theanine with caffeine, Owen and colleagues (2008) reported that 100 mg L-Theanine plus 50 mg caffeine improved the speed and accuracy of attention switching in 27 adults at 60 minutes, although 50 mg caffeine alone also improved switching accuracy at 90 minutes; Einöther and colleagues (2010) found that 97 mg L-Theanine plus 40 mg caffeine improved task switching but not intersensory attention or self-rated alertness. Studies suggest caffeine on its own supports attention: Haskell and colleagues (2008) found that 150 mg caffeine produced faster vigilance reaction times and better accuracy on a rapid information-processing task, while 250 mg L-Theanine alone reduced accuracy on one arithmetic task. For Huperzine A, a study in healthy adults (Morasch et al., 2015) found that single doses of 100 mcg and 200 mcg reduced the activity of acetylcholinesterase, the enzyme that breaks down acetylcholine, but did not improve overall neurobehavioural performance; the 200 mcg dose maintained recall across test sessions. None of these studies examined the complete Mito-Focus Xtreme formula, which provides 200 mg L-Theanine, 100 mg caffeine and 200 mcg Huperzine A per serving.

Alpha-GPC compared with citicoline. Both supply choline, but they are different compounds: Alpha-GPC is L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine, while citicoline (CDP-choline) also provides cytidine. Mito-Focus Xtreme uses Alpha-GPC and declares both its 50% raw material concentration and the 250 mg of active Alpha-GPC delivered per serving.

L-Theanine with caffeine compared with caffeine alone. Caffeine on its own supports alertness. Pairing it with L-Theanine, the amino acid found alongside caffeine in tea, is the combination most studied for attention switching, although some trials found caffeine alone gave similar results on individual tasks. Mito-Focus Xtreme declares both: 200 mg L-Theanine and 100 mg caffeine per serving.

Mito-Focus Xtreme compared with separate single-ingredient supplements. Buying Alpha-GPC, L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine, caffeine and Huperzine A separately means five products and five dosing decisions. Mito-Focus Xtreme combines all five in one declared two-capsule serving, while single-ingredient products remain the option for anyone who wants to set each dose independently.

Key Benefits

  • Supports cognitive function: 250 mg Alpha-GPC supplies choline, which contributes to acetylcholine production and normal cognitive function.

Common Questions

What is Mito-Focus Xtreme and what does it do?
Mito-Focus Xtreme is a five-active nootropic stack for healthy adults. Each two-capsule serving provides 250 mg Alpha-GPC, 500 mg L-Tyrosine, 200 mg L-Theanine, 100 mg caffeine and 200 mcg Huperzine A, which work together to support focus, alertness and normal cognitive function on demanding days.

How much caffeine is in Mito-Focus Xtreme?
Each capsule contains 50 mg caffeine anhydrous, so the standard two-capsule serving provides 100 mg and the three-capsule enhanced serving provides 150 mg. The amount is stated on the label, so you can count it alongside coffee, tea or energy drinks when planning your daily caffeine intake.

How many Mito-Focus Xtreme capsules should I take, and when?
Take two capsules daily with food, early in the day. On high-demand days, and for athletes, the label allows an enhanced serving of three capsules. Taking it early keeps the caffeine away from the evening. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

What does Alpha-GPC do in Mito-Focus Xtreme?
Alpha-GPC supplies choline, an essential nutrient the body uses to make acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in attention and memory. Mito-Focus Xtreme provides 250 mg active Alpha-GPC per serving, from a 50% Alpha-GPC raw material, to support normal cognitive function alongside the other four actives.

Why does Mito-Focus Xtreme combine L-Theanine with caffeine?
L-Theanine is an amino acid found in tea, and it is the ingredient most often studied alongside caffeine for attention. Mito-Focus Xtreme pairs 200 mg L-Theanine with 100 mg caffeine, so the alertness support from caffeine comes with focus-supporting L-Theanine in the same serving.

What does L-Tyrosine add to Mito-Focus Xtreme?
L-Tyrosine is an amino acid the body uses to produce important neurotransmitters. Mito-Focus Xtreme provides 500 mg L-Tyrosine per two-capsule serving, supporting the formula's focus on mental performance during demanding work, study or training days, alongside Alpha-GPC, L-Theanine, caffeine and Huperzine A.

What is Huperzine A, and why is it in Mito-Focus Xtreme?
Huperzine A is a compound from the club moss Huperzia serrata, studied for its effect on acetylcholinesterase, the enzyme that breaks down acetylcholine. That makes it a natural partner to the choline supplied by Alpha-GPC. Mito-Focus Xtreme provides 200 mcg Huperzine A from an extract standardised to 1%.

How long does Mito-Focus Xtreme take to work?
There is no set timeline for the complete formula. Ingredient studies measured caffeine and L-Theanine outcomes 60 to 90 minutes after a single dose, and Alpha-GPC outcomes about an hour after dosing. Response varies, so take Mito-Focus Xtreme consistently as directed and judge it across several demanding days.

Can I take Mito-Focus Xtreme every day?
Yes. The label direction is two capsules daily with food, early in the day, and the 30-serving jar is built around that routine. Keep to the stated serving, count caffeine from other sources, and consult a healthcare professional first if you have a known medical condition.

Can I drink coffee while taking Mito-Focus Xtreme?
You can, but count it. A standard serving of Mito-Focus Xtreme already provides 100 mg caffeine, and every cup of coffee adds more. Plan coffee and tea around your serving rather than on top of it. The product is not recommended for anyone sensitive to caffeine.

Can I take Mito-Focus Xtreme with separate Alpha-GPC, L-Tyrosine or L-Theanine supplements?
Mito-Focus Xtreme already contains 250 mg Alpha-GPC, 500 mg L-Tyrosine and 200 mg L-Theanine per serving, so it replaces several single-ingredient products in one routine. If you also take any of them separately, you are doubling up, so account for your total daily intake of each active.

Why does Mito-Focus Xtreme use Alpha-GPC rather than citicoline?
Both supply choline, but they are different molecules: Alpha-GPC is L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine, while citicoline is CDP-choline, which also provides cytidine. Mito-Focus Xtreme uses Alpha-GPC and declares both its 50% raw material concentration and the 250 mg of active Alpha-GPC delivered per serving.

What are the side effects of Mito-Focus Xtreme?
Mito-Focus Xtreme contains 100 mg caffeine per serving, so people sensitive to caffeine may feel overstimulated, and the product is not recommended for them. Take it with food, early in the day and within the stated serving, and discontinue use if any adverse reactions occur.

Can I take Mito-Focus Xtreme with medication or while pregnant?
Mito-Focus Xtreme is not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or anyone under 18. If you take medication or have a known medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use and bring the label, since the formula contains caffeine and Huperzine A alongside Alpha-GPC, L-Tyrosine and L-Theanine.

How can I tell whether a nootropic stack like Mito-Focus Xtreme is good quality?
Start with the label. Mito-Focus Xtreme uses no proprietary blends, so all five actives are declared by amount, including 100 mg caffeine and 250 mg Alpha-GPC. It is independently tested for identity and purity and manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in South Africa.

CAUTION: Store in a cool, dry place or below 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not intended for children under 18 years, or pregnant or breastfeeding mothers. Individuals with a known medical condition should consult a healthcare professional before using this health supplement. Discontinue use if any adverse reactions occur.
